Overview
Forklift Rentals in Northern Virginia
Rental is the right answer more often than people expect. Seasonal peaks, a project with a defined end date, covering a truck that is down, or trialling a class of equipment before committing capital — all of them are better served by renting than by buying. We rent electric and internal-combustion trucks across the capacity range, delivered anywhere in the Dulles corridor, with service included and a swap-out if a unit goes down. We will also tell you when renting stops making sense against purchasing, because past a certain run length it usually does.
- No capital commitment and no residual risk
- Cover a peak without carrying the truck year-round
- Trial a class of equipment in your building before buying
- Keep running when a fleet truck is in for repair

How it works
The process
Tell us the job
Load, aisle width, lift height, indoor or outdoor, and how long you need it. Rental specs go wrong most often when the truck is sized for the average load rather than the worst one.
Availability and quote
We confirm what is available for your dates and quote the term, delivery and collection up front.
Delivery
Delivered to your building with a handover covering controls and daily checks.
Straight answers
Rentals questions
1 How short can a rental be?
A day. Short rentals are common for one-off deliveries, a container unload, or an equipment move, and there is no minimum term that makes a genuine day-job uneconomic.
2 At what point should I buy instead?
It depends on the rate and the truck, but as a rule of thumb, once you are renting the same class of equipment continuously for most of a year, purchasing is usually the better position. We will tell you when your usage has crossed that line rather than quietly renewing.
3 Is service included?
Yes, for the rental period. If a unit goes down we swap it out rather than leaving you waiting on a repair — that is most of the point of renting.
4 Can I rent an attachment?
Usually. Clamps, rotators, side-shifters, fork positioners and booms are all rentable depending on availability. Tell us what you are handling rather than which attachment you think you need, and we will confirm the right one.
