Straight answers on permits, pricing, and racking in Northern Virginia.
1 What forklift brands do you sell?
We carry Crown, Clark and Bobcat new, and we sell quality-inspected used trucks from all major makes including Toyota, Hyster, Yale, Cat, Mitsubishi and Doosan. Carrying several lines means the recommendation follows your application rather than a single manufacturer's catalog. Tell us the load, the aisle width, the lift height, the floor and the duty cycle, and we will tell you which truck fits.
2 Do you rent forklifts, and for how long?
Yes — daily, weekly, monthly and longer-term rentals across the whole corridor. Rental is the right answer more often than people expect: seasonal peaks, a project with a defined end, covering a truck that is down, or trialling a class of equipment before committing to buy. We will also tell you when renting stops making sense against purchasing, because past a certain run length it usually does.
3 Should I buy new or used?
It depends on hours and duty cycle more than on budget. A quality used truck typically runs 40–60% below an equivalent new one and suits moderate-duty operations well. Round-the-clock work, or an application where downtime is expensive, generally justifies new equipment and a full warranty. We quote both against the same application so you can see the real trade rather than a sales pitch.
4 Do you service forklifts you did not sell?
Yes. Our technicians work on all major makes, not only the lines we carry new. We handle planned maintenance programmes, on-site repairs, and parts supply across the corridor. For operations running mixed fleets — which is most of them, after a few years of buying — a single service relationship across every make is usually worth more than a marginally cheaper rate on one brand.
5 Do you provide OSHA operator training?
Yes. OSHA 1910.178 requires that operators be trained, evaluated and certified before operating a powered industrial truck, with re-evaluation at least every three years and sooner after an incident or a change of equipment. We deliver training and evaluation on site, on your equipment, in your building — which matters, because the standard requires the evaluation to reflect the actual workplace conditions.
6 What areas do you cover?
Loudoun, western Fairfax and Prince William counties — Sterling, Ashburn, Dulles, Leesburg, Purcellville, Chantilly, Herndon, Reston, Fairfax, Centreville, Manassas, Gainesville, Bristow and Haymarket. If your building is in the Dulles corridor, we can get a truck and a technician to it.
